That is not brochure simplification. Oravio recognises the robot as soon as you plug it in, installs the tools it needs by itself, writes the program, compiles it and flashes it onto the board. You read what it did and say whether it is right.
And when something goes wrong — a charge-only cable, a missing Windows driver — it tells you in plain language, with the fix, instead of leaving you an unreadable error.

Questions everyone asks
Do I need to know how to program?
No, and that is the point. Describe in words what you want it to do and Oravio writes, compiles and flashes the program onto the board. If you do know how to program, you can still get your hands on everything: the code is open and yours.
What do I need in order to program it?
A Windows computer with the Oravio agent installed (one click), or a Linux server of your own. It is needed because the USB cable is held by your machine: it is the only one with a physical port connected to the robot. To talk to it, command it and use automations, the app alone is enough.
What is the included VPS Pro month, and what happens afterwards?
It is a dedicated server of your own that works even when your phone is off: it compiles firmware, keeps automations alive, reasons on the most capable models. It activates with your order. After 30 days it continues at €34.90/month and you cancel any time in one tap. The robot stays yours and works regardless.
What if I am already an Oravio customer?
If you already have VPS Pro or the lifetime licence, instead of a doubled month we credit the exact equivalent in computing power to your plan, to use whenever you like. If you are on a smaller plan, you move up to VPS Pro for a month and your previous subscription closes at the end of its period: you never pay twice.
When does it arrive?
We ship within 1-3 working days of your order and send the tracking code as soon as it leaves. Free shipping in Italy and most of Europe.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, in 3 interest-free instalments with Klarna: you choose it on the payment page. The first instalment is charged now, the others after 30 and 60 days. Your order ships as soon as the payment is confirmed.
What hardware is it, exactly?
It is based on StackChan by M5Stack, an open-source project shown at CES 2026, with a CoreS3 (ESP32-S3) controller. We supply it preconfigured and integrated with Oravio, which is the part you will not find elsewhere. The hardware being open and documented is a guarantee for you: you do not depend on us to do things with it.
Can I return it?
Yes, you have 14 days' right of withdrawal from delivery, as the law provides. Write to us and we will tell you how.
Where do my data and the camera images end up?
On your dedicated server, which is yours and not shared. In automations that use the camera you can choose to process without storing anything — for example counting people without keeping a single frame.
